COVID-19 UPDATE

To all our valued customers and partners worldwide:

The global spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us. For Ruhrpumpen, there is no higher priority than the safety of our customers, business partners and employees.

As a global company, we have been addressing this crisis from the very start and we are taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure we prioritize safety.

For all of its global operations, Ruhrpumpen has implemented the following preventive and protective measures:

  • For health and safety reasons, we are asking everyone that they not enter any Ruhrpumpen facility if they have been in one of the current COVID-19 hotspots in the last 15 days, and/or have been in contact with someone who may have been exposed to the virus and/or has a fever and/or flu-like symptoms.
  • We have restricted all unnecessary travel that isn’t business or customer-critical to minimize risk to our employees in the course of their daily work.
  • A significant number of our employees who have jobs that can be done remotely are now working from home.
  • Employees are requested to practice social distancing and proper hand washing.
  • We are limiting our face-to-face meetings, but as always, we are fully available on the phone and online to continue properly serving our customers.

Despite the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, Ruhrpumpen is ready to continue our support to you. Given that our global footprint is wide, we are in a strong position to minimize operational disruptions. We are doing all humanly possible to maintain production and delivery levels with minimal interruption.

We will continue to track any advance of the COVID-19, adjust accordingly, and communicate with you to minimize any potential disruption to your business.
