Finance Manager

Xinbei Area, Changzhou, China

Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all finance, accounting and administration activities for Ruhrpumpen China and avoid any of finance and company potential risks.

Must be an executive who will represent the organization with banking relations and provide excellent support to Headquarters.

Ensure that all activities are conducted effectively and ethically and comply with the organization´s standards as well as relevant regulations and laws. 

Responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for finance and accounting for the WFOE manufacturing company, including financial and liquidity planning; monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing and reports; cash flow and external financing.
  • Expertise in financial planning, financial closing and report, external financing and budget control as well as in sales revenue, profit margins and cost analysis.
  • Establish and maintain banking relationships. Authorization of credit, conduct credit checks and credit contracts. Responsible for the secure and maximum use of corporate funds by communicating with banks.
  • Maintain relationship with government institutions, including but not limited to Tax Office, Finance Bureau and SAFE, and handle their queries.
  • Maintain relations with customs and external auditors and handle their queries.
  • Supervise the annual inspection as required by local government agencies.
  • Supervise management of VAT invoices.
  • Work closely with the Finance Department in Headquarters (Monterrey, Mexico).
  • Control and establish insurance policies to eliminate risks.
  • Manage, supervise and coordinate the local team.
  • Assist Board of Directors and CFO Review reporting.
  • Knowledge and administration of bank loans, letter of credits, bonds, accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 7-15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting in a manufacturing company in China, and at least 5 years in manager lever, preferably in an international/western company
  • General Knowledge on German Gaap (HGB) and international book-keeping standards (IFRS) and ERP systems.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English language, international working experience is a plus, German language will be a plus, but not necessary.
  • Detail-oriented, High analytical, conceptual and strategic competences.
