Purchasing Activator. Argentina.

Location:Argentina.

Multinational company of centrifugal pumps incorporates Technical, Tertiary or University Training in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers to fill the position of Purchasing Activator in companies with a Productive Plant, preferably in the metal / mechanical area.

Objective of the Position: Control and monitoring of all purchase orders made. Continuous negotiation with suppliers and activation of all the planned materials necessary to guarantee production on time.

Responsibilities:

  • -Inform the person responsible for Planning the monitoring, control and status of the orders and Purchase Orders of all products purchased, be these: raw materials, intercompany materials, components processed by third parties and other elements necessary for the correct execution of the plan manufacturing.
  • -Pressure suppliers to achieve compliance with the required dates in planning.
  • -Attend daily meetings to report progress on critical materials delivery dates.

We focus on an organized and decisive person, preferably with experience in the Oil & Gas field, with a marked capacity for analysis and planning, with a sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure.

You will have a high level of interaction with the internal client and with suppliers in general, so you must prove service orientation and strong communication skills along with a negotiating profile.

Management of intermediate / advanced computer tools (Excel, Word, databases, management systems).

Knowledge of the English language (Intermediate / Advanced Written - Intermediate / Advanced Oral).
